Introducing our Cupcake for September 2010:

The Chocolate Endzone

We welcome football season and all chocoholics with this tasty cupcake!! We begin with a devil's food cake and add chocolate buttercream filling. We top the cupcake with milk chocolate ganache, a square of green and an icing football. No matter which team you're cheering for, this cupcake will make any tailgate party complete!! We carry the JUMBO version of this in our case only.

Past Cupcakes of the Month:

September 2009 - Neopolitan - White cupcake with strawberry mousse, topped with chocolate ganache.

October 2009 - German Chocolate - Chocolate cupcake with german choc filling, topped with chocolate ganache and a dab of german choc icing

November 2009 - Gingerbread - Gingerbread cake with orange buttercream filling, topped with cinnamon ganache and a fondant gingerbread man cutout.

December 2009 - Peppermint - White peppermint cake with vanilla mousse, topped with chocolate ganache and peppermint pieces.

January 2010 - Peanut Butter Cup - White & peanut butter chip cupcake with fudge filling, topped with peanut butter ganache and fudge drizzle.

February 2010 - The Love Bug - Pink champagne cake with pink champagne mousse, topped with cherry ganache and decorated to look like a ladybug with heart shaped spots.

March 2010 - Pot of Gold - White cupcake filled with bavarian cream and topped with chocolate ganache and gold wrapped chocolate coins. (Think Boston cream cake!!)

April 2010 - Carrot - Carrot cupcake filled with cream cheese frosting, topped with a cheesecake ganache and a piped carrot.

May 2010 - Root Beer Float - White cupcake filled with rootbeer mousse, topped with rootbeer ganache, a dollop of whipped topping and a straw - just for fun!

June 2010 - Strawberry Cheesecake -Strawberry cupcake filled with cheesecake mousse, topped with cheesecake ganache, graham cracker crumbs, whipped topping and a fresh strawberry.

July 2010 - Red Hot Firecracker - We started with Red Hot Cinnamon flavor in our white cake batter to create a red hot cupcake that has just the right kick. We added a Red Hot mousse flavored with Hot, D*mn Hot Schapps and topped it with a hot cinnamon flavored ganache, some 4th of July sprinkles and a festive fireworks pick.

August 2010 - Almond Joy - We begin with our moist devil's food chocolate cupcake and then add a coconut mousse filling in the center. We top the cupcake with chocolate almond ganache, roll it in fresh coconut and then add a whole almond in the center for the perfect finish.
