Ruth's Sweete Justice has caught the cupcake craze! Like most things we do, however, we had to take it a notch higher than what you find at the cupcake boutiques. Our new Signature Cupcake Line features a multitude of flavors, injected with fillings normally reserved only for wedding cakes, then decadantly topped with the world's most addictive chocolate, vanilla or flavored ganaches. This isn't your grandmother's cupcake!

We carry about 18 flavors in our pastry case (JUMBO size ONLY) on a daily basis, but once they are sold out...there's no more until the next day! The flavor availability is based upon a weekly schedule, included in our Cupcake Brochure. Each month, we will also feature a Cupcake of the Month.

For parties and weddings, we recommend that you order in advance - for Tuesday through Thursday orders, please order 48 hours in advance; for Friday and Saturdays, order up to 2 weeks ahead. Our design and color choices are strictly limited so that we can meet the demand for our tasty treats. Standard designs are available on 48 hour notice and Specialty designs require a minimum of 2 weeks notice and are an extra charge. We offer cupcakes in three sizes, with options based upon the size of the cupcakes. We have 3 distinct cupcake lines: Signature, Regular and Miniature.

Regular and Miniature cupcakes are only available by special order - we carry the Jumbo cupcakes in our case.

Jumbo cupcakes are the size we carry in our case and are made in Texas Muffin pans.

Regular cupcakes are the size of the cupcakes you grew up with, made in standard cupcake pans.

Mini cupcakes are just a bite size treat, baked in mini muffin pans.
